1. Why would I need one
of these services? |

You would use these services if you wanted to contact
your computer over the internet using a simple name(for example:
www.billgates.com) which doesn't change, or if you wanted to have
a name you could give others this name. |

contact my computer? |

If you run servers (e.g. ftp, www) on your computer,
you can not only retrieve files from the computer when you aren't
at home or share your files and personal website with your friends
around the world. |

3. How can I update my
IP address? |

You just need to download our client softwares and
set it up in your windows, launch it or reboot your computer, then
it will automaticlly update for you. |

4. What does Wildcard
alias mean? |

Wildcard Alias feature points *.yourdomain.com to your
computer automatically. All aliases for your domain such as www.yourdomain.com,
ftp.yourdomain.com,
anyname.yourdomain.com etc will already point to your computer by
default due to
Wildcard Alias. This allows users to access your computer using
all types of derivatives of your domain name. |
